In 2016 I immersed myself in mindfulness, becoming a qualified practitioner and teacher, and I launched Purple Train Consultancy, my coaching and facilitation business. Through Purple Train, I’ve worked with women in business, helping them step into their power through executive coaching, mindfulness practices, and using the power of CliftonStrengths  coaching. Guiding individuals to understand and leverage their unique talents has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.

But my journey didn’t stop there. As I worked to find balance, I discovered doTERRA Essential Oils, and everything shifted. These oils were the missing piece in my quest for a more natural, aligned way of living. With doTERRA, a new chapter began, and Essentially Balanced was born—a space where I combine my expertise in mindfulness, coaching, and natural wellness to help others transform their lives.
