I use essential oils in every part of my day: here is a snap shot of a few I use every day...

I start my day with energising oils like Wild Orange or Peppermint, diffuse calming oils like Lavender or Balance in the evening, and incorporate blends like On Guard for immune support. From skincare to cooking and cleaning, these oils are an essential part of my life.
